We have been engaged to find the right strategic buyer for this unique 11 year old company whose areas of expertise include sophisticated database management, PCI certified security and laser variable direct printing.

Their demanding clients include major banks, financial and credit card companies. Sales and profits were down through the financial crisis but has begun to pick up nicely in the second half of 2010. Business in the pipeline is getting back to 2007 levels and sales for full year 2010 are forecasted to be $3.8mm with free cash flow including owner’s benefits of $450k. The company would make a compelling add on for a strategic buyer in direct mail, fulfillment or one currently selling to financial service companies.
